If any other company or agency offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for the event in Dublin, contacts you, please note that these companies and fraudulent websites are not authorised to represent ECI EFIS in any way, nor do they have access to the officially room blocks or rates contracted by OIC Group.

We strongly recommend to proceed with extreme caution in communication with these unauthorised companies and we invite to avoid providing any personal information on the phone.

OIC Travel is appointed as the sole authorised accommodation booking agent for the upcoming ECI EFIS Congress from 1 to 4 September 2024.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Given the high season period and the conjunction with many other events that will take place in Dublin at the same time, the official Housing Bureau OIC Travel has selected the best city hotels at the best applicable rates.

Attendees are recommended to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels.

The indicated rates and availabilities are only applicable for reservations received by 30 June 2024, after this date OIC Travel cannot guarantee any reservation even though all efforts will be made to satisfy the requests upon availability.

Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail only upon receipt of the full pre-payment on a “first come – first served basis”; in order to avoid any disappointment early bookings are recommended (phone reservations are not accepted).

HOTEL list

The indicated rates are in Euro, per room per night. Buffet breakfast, taxes and service included.

During the last period before the event, the hotel may not be available for bookings – check availability into the on-line registration platform or through OIC.

To secure adequate overnight capacities, hotel rooms for the congress have had to be contracted a long time in advance.  Please note that hotels occasionally publish online or last minute promotion rates for a limited number of rooms that may vary from the prices contracted for the congress.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail only upon receipt of the full pre-payment. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). We strongly encourage on-line registrations (credit card payments only).

We would like to inform you that as of 14 September 2019, the SCA (STRONG CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION) came into effect, in accordance with the provisions of the European Directive on payment services (PSD2).

Invoices

Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application.

• Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any change or cancellation in connection with hotel accommodations must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat O.I.C. to: registrationECI2024@oic.it.

Hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

Attrition policy for cancellations (valid for individual bookings and small groups up to 5 rooms):

• Up to and including 31 May, 2024: € 25,00 will be withheld for administrative charge.
• From 1 June to 30 June 2024 inclusive: one night accommodation will be withheld as cancellation charge.
• From 1 July to 31 July 2024: the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 90% as cancellation charge.
• From 1 August 2024: no refund will be made for cancellations, changes and reduction of stay duration.
• No-shows and early departure: 100% of the total amount of the room booked and not used will be withheld as penalty charge.
